Key Reframe: Sometimes in life, many things happen at once - that's actually how life usually works. It's okay to feel overwhelmed. A lot of our pain and suffering comes from the mind, and when we don't address what's happening mentally, we feel worse. The goal isn't to always be high-vibe, but to address what's going on and simplify.

The Recovery Process: After journaling and crying, give yourself grace, use modalities you know work for you, focus on what you can control, choose simplicity, then tackle easier tasks first. Remember that tomorrow is another day to choose abundance and higher vibration.

Truth Bomb: You're not alone if you're feeling a lot right now. You still get to experience fun in life, but some days aren't the highest vibrational days. Your job is to address what's happening, scale down emotions to neutral, and find simple joys or peace.

Today's Reminder: Just have grace with yourself. You are human, and life does still get to be great. But on days like this, grace is all we can do.
