I'm always taken care of. Everything works out for me. I'm a good person and good things happen to me. I'm always supported."
Key Reframe: Worry sends the message that you have no faith in divine support and no confidence in yourself. Instead of avoiding worry, learn to navigate it by identifying the real fear, checking if worry has ever actually helped, then choosing solution-focused action or surrender.
