As a yoga teacher trained in breathwork in Mysore, India, I'm going to guide you through simple breathing techniques to calm your nervous system, release manifestation blocks, and call in what you desire with ease. Your breath is lifeforce energy (prana) and it's time to use it intentionally.

What We're Covering:

Your Empowerment Tools: 

Pre-Breathwork Intention: Focus on one thing you want to call in (career, partner, business, etc.) that feels heavy right now 

Box Breathing: Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4 (repeat 2x) 

Diaphragmatic Release: Deep belly breaths followed by vibrational exhales (like a little horse sound!) 

Manifestation Anchor: "As I breathe, I release any tension, doubts, or fears from this manifestation coming true. I trust that it gets to be mine."

Key Reframe: Sometimes we don't realize we're breathing fast, holding our breath, or feeling tight and tense. Just a few minutes of intentional breathing can make you feel like a new person. Your breath is your direct connection to releasing what blocks you and calling in what you desire.
